• Sleep in duties are required for this post. Full time 1-2 per week – no more than 7 per month
• The shift patterns include days, evenings and weekends on a rota basis and these are shared 6 weeks in advance
• We do not offer sponsorship
• We require learning disability experience

BuryILD are actively recruiting for support workers in the Bury area. We have 10 locations throughout the borough and are seeking Ad hoc, full & part time employees.

Salary: £13.60 – £14.25

Hours: Full time (35 hours per week) Part time (16-30 hours per week) Ad Hoc

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals enjoy daily activities and lead fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include but exhaust:

– Accompanying on walks and outings to community events or leisure activities

– Engaging in hobbies and/or accessing education and employment.

– Supporting with daily living activities while encouraging independence

– Assisting with personal care and medication needs

– Facilitating transport to appointments and activities as needed

Who We’re Looking For:

– A team player with a positive attitude and a sense of fun

– Experience in a support worker role is preferred.
