Lilac Heart Homecare is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who are committed to delivering outstanding care in the community.
This is an opportunity for people who take pride in their work and want to make a genuine difference every day—supporting individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes.
Immediate start available (subject to relevant checks and training being completed)
Interviews taking place this week – limited slots available
Shifts: Flexible working patterns between 08:00 and 22:30
The Role
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in clients’ homes
- Support with personal care, daily routines, and medication
- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Promote independence, dignity, and wellbeing
- Build trusted relationships with clients and families
What We’re Looking For
We’re particularly interested in candidates who bring experience and confidence to the role:
- Previous care experience is highly advantageous
- Experience in social support roles is highly advantageous (e.g. support work, community roles, volunteering)
- A compassionate, professional, and dependable approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Full UK driving licence and access to your own car is strongly preferred
- Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
