We are actively recruiting compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our bank of agency staff and provide flexible, short-notice cover in supported living accommodation for adults with learning disabilities across Northern Ireland.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting adults with learning disabilities to live as independently as possible in their own homes
- Assisting with personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, household tasks and community access
- Promoting choice, dignity and respect at all times
- Working closely with permanent staff teams to ensure continuity of high-quality care
- Delivering person-centred support across multiple schemes in the Belfast, Crumlin, Greenisland, Ballymena, Ballymoney, Coleraine and Ballycastle areas
What We’re Looking For (Essential)
- Right to work in the UK
- Enhanced AccessNI clearance (or willing to obtain – we cover the cost)
- Good communication skills and a caring, patient nature
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and nights
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable
- Previous care experience is preferred but not essential – full training and induction will be given
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
