AMS Aesthetics London Bridge | Saturdays (with a view to going permanent)

So we’re growing and we need someone brilliant to join our London Bridge clinic on Saturdays. AMS Aesthetics is a premium medical aesthetics clinic and we’ve worked really hard to build something our clients genuinely love. The treatments are exceptional, the environment is beautiful and the team is tight knit and passionate. We just need the right person to be the face of it all.

Job Overview

You’ll be the first person our clients see when they walk through the door and the last person they speak to before they leave. That matters a lot to us. Every client who comes through our doors deserves to feel welcomed, relaxed and in great hands from the second they arrive. This is a Saturday role to start with, but for the right person this becomes something much bigger. We add days quickly when we find someone we love and we genuinely want this to turn into a long term role.

Responsibilities

You’ll be greeting clients and making sure every single person feels like they’re our priority. You’ll manage bookings and the clinic diary, handle calls and messages coming in throughout the day, process payments and keep the front of house area looking immaculate. You’ll also be supporting the clinical team behind the scenes, making sure the day runs smoothly and flagging anything that needs attention. As you get comfortable you’ll start answering treatment questions and helping convert enquiries into bookings too.

Skills

We want someone with a warm and confident personality who can hold a conversation with anyone. You’ll need to be really organised, able to multitask without getting flustered and the kind of person who just gets things done without being chased. Presentation matters here so you’ll take pride in how you show up. A genuine interest in aesthetics and beauty goes a long way too.

Experience

Previous experience in aesthetics, beauty, luxury hospitality or private healthcare is a real bonus but it’s not the be all and end all. If you’ve worked somewhere premium and client facing and you know what a great experience looks like, we want to hear from you. Familiarity with booking systems is helpful and any experience with sales or upselling treatments would be a great advantage.
