About the Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across Finance and Business Operations, giving you insight into how a global organisation runs day-to-day.
You’ll work closely with both the Finance and Administration teams, developing practical skills while building confidence in a professional environment. No prior experience? No problem — we’re looking for potential, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
What You’ll Be Doing
Finance Experience
- Support the processing of supplier invoices and payments
- Assist with matching delivery notes to invoices and maintaining records
- Help track financial transactions and organise documentation
- Support the team during month-end activities and reporting prep
- Assist with resolving basic finance queries
Business Operations & Office Experience
- Be a friendly first point of contact for visitors and calls
- Assist with managing deliveries, post, and office coordination
- Support meeting room setup and ensure a professional office environment
- Help organise travel, meetings, and general admin tasks
- Contribute to keeping the office running smoothly
Who We’re Looking For
- Students or recent graduates in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related fields
- A strong interest in learning how businesses operate
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude
- A team player who isn’t afraid to get stuck in
