6+ months experience working in a sports/fashion customer & commercial focused retail environment.

Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales.

Guides and trains selected members of the store team on basic stockroom processes and behaviors.

Effective customer service and sales skills.

Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious.
YOUR ACTIVITIES:

Accurately records and manages all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and does this in a timely manner

Ensures adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintains this

Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values.

Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals.

Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor.
