Responsibilities

• Conduct landscape maintenance activities including mowing, pruning, planting, and fertilising to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
• Assist with construction tasks including site preparation, material handling, and basic structural work.
• Perform routine maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Support gardening and horticultural activities by planting, watering, mulching, and weed control.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.

Skills

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of power tools, excavators, and irrigation systems.
• Proficiency with hand tools such as shovels, spades, pruners, and saws.
• Ability to operate heavy machinery including excavators safely.
• Strong understanding of horticulture principles and gardening techniques.
• Good physical fitness with the ability to perform manual labour outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality standards.

Pay: £13.00-£22.00 per hour
