Receptionist / Office Admin (Part-Time)
Overview
We are looking for a professional and approachable Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while carrying out a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage their own workload efficiently.
Hours:
· Part-time: 9:00am – 4:30pm, three days per week
· Flexibility available where required
· One Saturday per month (shorter hours)
Key Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner
· Answer, screen, and direct phone calls with excellent etiquette
· Manage scheduling and appointments effectively
· Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
· Handle correspondence (electronic and paper-based)
· Provide general administrative support to the team
· Maintain a clean, organised, and professional reception area
Qualifications & Skills
· Previous administrative/office experience is essential
· Proficient computer skills and confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Ability to quickly learn and adapt to a CRM system
· Strong organisational and multitasking skills
· Excellent data entry accuracy and attention to detail
· Solid clerical experience with the ability to handle varied office duties efficiently
· Experience within the double glazing or construction sector would be an advantage but is not essential
