The Role
You’ll be at the heart of the guest experience — delivering fast, friendly, and memorable service from start to finish. This is a hands-on, high-energy role where personality and attention to detail matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and create a great first impression
Take accurate orders and confidently recommend menu items
Deliver food & drinks to a high standard
Check in with guests and resolve issues quickly
Maintain cleanliness and follow all safety standards
Work as part of a team to deliver smooth service
Handle payments and support opening/closing duties
