SEN Teaching Assistant – Redbridge

We are currently recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist provision in Redbridge, supporting pupils with complex and diverse learning needs.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly structured and inclusive environment where staff are valued and progression is encouraged.
The Role:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group SEN support
- Support pupils with ASC, ADHD, and developmental delays
- Implement EHCP targets and individual learning plans
- Promote engagement, communication, and independence
- Assist with personal care where required
The Ideal Candidate:
- SEN experience in education, care, or youth settings
- Strong resilience and calm under pressure
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for supporting children with additional needs
