About the company

The role
You’ll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through a signal-based outbound approach, working closely with AEs to convert SQLs and build momentum in the market. You’ll have your own console, a warm inbound pipeline to complement your outbound, and clear targets to hit (and beat).

What we’re looking for
- Based in or around Newcastle. This is 3 days in office per week Newcastle Centre, with flexibility on the other two
- Around 6 months’ SDR or sales experience – second-jobbers who are hungry to prove themselves
- High EQ. You can read a room, adapt your tone, and have conversations that actually land
- Responsive and proactive. This is a role for the kind of person who picks up the phone fast and follows through
- Process-oriented without being robotic – you understand why you’re doing what you’re doing
