Full job description
As part of the opening of a new store in London, we are looking for two passionate Sale Assistants with a strong interest in the art of shirtmaking and customer experience.
Organisation & Report :
- Reports to the Store Manager
- Works closely with the sales team and support teams based in Paris
Key Responsibilities :
The Sales Associate is a key contributor to the customer experience and commercial performance of the store. They embody the brand values and deliver a high level of personalised service.
Main responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Sales & Customer Expérience
- Welcome, advise and support customers throughout their in-store journey
- Deliver an exceptional, personalised and premium customer experience
- Contribute to sales targets and KPIs (turnover, conversion rate, UPT, ATV)
- Build customer loyalty through strong product knowledge and service quality
Product & Store Operations
- Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment on the sales floor
- Participate in stock management (receiving deliveries, stockroom organisation, inventories)
- Support store services (alterations, embroidery, e-reservation, click & collect)
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures
Visual Merchandising & Standards
- Apply visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and attractive sales floor at all times

Profile :
- Previous experience as a Sales Associate in ready-to-wear, ideally premium fashion
- Strong customer service mindset and interest in sales performance
- Team player, dynamic and reliable
- Organised and attentive to detail
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
