Showroom Sales Executive – Canopy Flooring Gibraltar

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive to join our team at Canopy Flooring Gibraltar. You will be the face of our business, helping customers find the perfect flooring solutions (engineered wood, LVT, SPC, Porcelain Tiles, Herringbone, Porcelain Tiles and more) while driving sales and managing the end-to-end customer journey from initial enquiry to installation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail sales experience who enjoys building relationships, closing deals, and seeing projects through from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively sell our full range of premium yet affordable flooring products to walk-in customers, appointments, and leads.
• Provide expert advice, showroom consultations, and product demonstrations to help customers choose the right floor for their style, budget, and needs.
• Arrange and conduct in-home/room measurements at customer properties.
• Process orders: book flooring stock, coordinate transport with our UK office, and handle all paperwork efficiently.
• Schedule fitting dates with approved installers and customers, ensuring smooth communication throughout.
• Chase and convert sales leads (phone, email, follow-ups) to maximise conversions.
• Maintain excellent showroom standards, display presentation, and customer records.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals/repeat business.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in retail sales, showroom sales, or customer-facing roles (flooring, interiors, or home improvement is a strong advantage but not essential).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you enjoy meeting people and giving great service.
• Organised and proactive with strong follow-up skills.
• Basic IT skills (emails, order systems, CRM).
• Full clean driving licence (for home measurements).
• Eligible to work in Gibraltar right away.
• Spanish language skills are a big plus for our local and cross-border customers.

£22,000 – £50,000+ depending on performance. This is attractive for Gibraltar and should draw good applicants.

Pay: £22,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
