- Providing product knowledge and tailored recommendations
- Assisting customers throughout the sales journey
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Processing transactions and handling customer enquiries
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
- Supporting promotional campaigns and in-store events
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive team culture
