Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion and the ability to assist customers effectively. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Deal with deliveries and stocking
- Assist customers in locating products and answering queries effectively
- Ensure the store remains clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in retail or training will be provided
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and independently when required
- Multilingual abilities are considered a plus
- Organised with good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
