Head of Sales job at London Full Time NEW

We are looking for a commercially driven Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue function from London.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can both close deals personally and build a high-performing sales organisation.

The Role

As Head of Sales, you will own the sales and business development function end-to-end. You’ll define the GTM strategy, improve sales processes, win key accounts, hire and mentor the team, and drive predictable revenue growth.

You should be comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving environment and accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the company’s sales strategy and revenue targets
• Build and manage the full sales pipeline from outbound prospecting to closing
• Develop partnerships and strategic business development opportunities
• Lead enterprise and mid-market sales conversations with clinic, salon, and wellness operators
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales/business development team
• Establish KPIs, forecasting, CRM discipline, and reporting processes
• Work closely with founders, marketing, onboarding, and product teams
• Improve sales playbooks, demos, pricing strategy, and conversion performance
• Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
• Create scalable processes for long-term growth

What We’re Looking ForEssential

• Proven experience in sales leadership within SaaS
• Strong background in clinic, salon, wellness, aesthetics, healthcare, or hospitality software
• Experience working with or competing against platforms such as Fresha, Pabau, Zenoti, or similar
• Demonstrated success in hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• Experience building and managing sales or business development teams
• Strong outbound and closing capabilities
• Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work independently, take ownership, and deliver measurable results
• Experience managing the full sales cycle end-to-end

Preferred

• Existing network within the UK beauty, aesthetics, wellness, or clinic sector
• Experience scaling a startup or high-growth SaaS business
• Multi-location / franchise sales experience
• Knowledge of subscription SaaS metrics and sales operations

Pay: £60,000.00-£84,000.00 per year
