Ealing Council have an exciting new opportunity as Respite Support Worker available on a full time Shift work pattern. Shortbreaks is a CQC registered learning disabilities service, support adults with a learning disability. As a service we support the families of Adults with Learning disabilities to achieve their aims and goals whilst also giving them options for Respite care. We aim to create an environment where every individual can reach their potential and achieve positives outcome, whilst promoting independence and individuality.
The Respite Support worker role:
As the Respite Support Worker you will:
Enable self-development by maintaining the basic mandatory training requirements. As well as further development of skills that would benefit the customers and service.
Our ideal Respite Support Worker will have the below skills and experience:
