This role is for someone who understands luxury service, thrives in high performance environments and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences. You will be the first impression of a premium aesthetics and skin clinic built on results, education and uncompromising standards.

This is not a role for someone who wants to “just answer phones”.

We need someone polished, proactive and emotionally intelligent. Someone who can manage a busy clinic environment while making every client feel seen, valued and cared for.

The Role

• Deliver a five star client experience from enquiry through to aftercare
• Manage bookings, consultations and daily clinic operations
• Build strong client relationships and increase retention through exceptional service
• Support lead follow ups, consultation conversions and treatment journey management
• Maintain impeccable clinic presentation and luxury standards throughout the day
• Confidently discuss treatments, skin concerns and treatment pathways with clients
• Assist with clinic social media content including stories, behind the scenes and client engagement
• Work closely with therapists, clinicians and management to ensure smooth daily operations
• Handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

What We Are Looking For

• Previous receptionist or front of house experience essential
• Experience within aesthetics, beauty, wellness, luxury retail or hospitality preferred
• Strong understanding of customer experience and premium service
• Social media confidence preferred
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Confident communicator both face to face and online
• Written and spoken English essential
• Someone who naturally goes above and beyond without being asked
• Professional appearance and high personal standards essential
• Calm under pressure in a fast paced clinic environment
