Responsibilities

• Support students with special educational needs by adapting teaching methods accordingly.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents where appropriate.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and motivation.
• Utilise effective communication skills to explain complex concepts clearly and patiently.
• Maintain organised records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and progress reports.

Experience

• Previous experience in tutoring or teaching is essential, especially with children or students requiring special education support.
