Salary: Up to £15,714.66 per annum (£35,626.51 full time equivalent), depending on experience

The Exciting Role
We are looking for a committed and student-focused Pastoral Tutor to join our Creative & Digital department. The role will involve delivering high-quality pastoral care including academic support and personal development guidance. You will empower students to overcome challenges, achieve their potential, and prepare for their next steps—whether in further education, employment, or apprenticeships.

This role will be based at our Nelson & Colne College campus, with potential travel across other locations as needed.
