We are seeking enthusiastic Part-time Front of House Staff to join our team at Green Mosaic in Hammersmith. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards.
- Ensure food safety and cleanliness standards are met.
- Assist in food preparation when needed.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues courteously.
- Support upselling initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
- Strong time management skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Previous experience with upselling is a plus.
