Messy Date is looking for a reliable and hands-on Kitchen Production Assistant to help produce our premium stuffed Medjool date snacks.

We’re a growing startup building a bold new snack brand focused on indulgence made from real ingredients. This is a small, fast-paced kitchen environment where quality, consistency, and attention to detail matter.

You’ll work directly with the founder helping prepare, stuff, coat, pack, and organise products ready for customer and wholesale orders.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and stuffing Medjool dates
• Coating and finishing products to brand standards
• Packing and labeling products
• Assisting with ingredient preparation and kitchen organisation
• Maintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standards
• Supporting daily production runs
• Helping maintain efficient workflow in the kitchen

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a kitchen or food production environment
• Reliable, punctual, and organised
• Able to work efficiently with consistency
• Food hygiene experience is a bonus but not essential
• Interest in food, wellness, or startup brands is a plus
