Responsibilities:

Coordinating schedules – including preparing rotas, liaising and communicating with stakeholders

Building awareness – assessing clients in your local community

Upholding reputation – handling complaints & taking action

Delivering care – offering clients a friendly face & good company; participating in out of hours on-call

Leadership – by inducting new starters & assessing Team training

Upholding standards – ensuring compliance with policies

Person Specification:

• Willing to learn and demonstrate continuing professional development (CPD)
• Experience providing domiciliary care
• Ability to cope with challenges and simultaneously deliver timely quality solutions
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Caring and respectful attitude
• Strong communication, organisational and teamworking capabilities
• Responsible, dedicated and flexible
• Able to prioritise own workload and be available to assist junior colleagues
• Previous experience in a care coordination role not required as full training will be provided.

Pay: £14.00-£14.50 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
