Office Assistant
Location: ENFIELD, EN3 4AA
Hours: Full Time (Mon-Fri)

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Office Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming telephone calls, customer enqurieis, performing data entry, and providing general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Duties:

• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Taking messages and responding to enquiries
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Managing emails and correspondence
• Filing and organising documents
• General office administration duties
• Supporting other team members as required

Skills & Experience:

• Good communication and telephone skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
• Previous office experience is beneficial
• Any experience within the double-glazing industry would be beneficial
