Overview
This is a part-time on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Stretton under Fosse. The Office Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including:

• Answer the telephone system and respond appropriately.
• Maintain visitor records, related Health & Safety notices and materials.
• Assisting management in the analysis of job costings.
• Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new staff and maintaining personnel records.
• The ability to comply with Health & Safety legislation and also maintain the admin of our health and safety system.
• Review of work force clocking in and upkeep of records.
• Scanning documents and processing them in the server.

Experience

• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong analytical and technical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
• Previous experience of ERP or MRP software would be advantageous.

Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
