Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to staff and clients. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office management to contribute to a dynamic work environment.
Duties
- Sourcing CVs and advertising upcoming roles on Indeed
- Arranging interviews
- Reviewing Google and Trust Pilot
- Arranging company events
- Undertaking Stationary Orders
- Arranging Food Orders
- Dealing with Annual Leave approvals
- Providing File allocations
- Undertaking a Social Media presence for the company
- LMS and Lender Exchange monitoring
- Monitoring Lender responses
- Managing referrers – relationship management (BDM)
- Completion figures – posting monthly
- Undertaking CRBs for new staff
- Arranging Office maintenance – i.e trades man
- Topping up and maintaining Franking machine
- New business – conveyancing panels
- Monitoring info inbox
- Ensuring the office environment remains organised, clean, and efficient at all times
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrable clerical experience including filing, record keeping, and document management
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephony systems

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
