We are seeking a reliable and organised Office Administrator to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the business’s administrative and operational functions. This is a varied position that requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
✅ Processing employee timesheets accurately and efficiently
✅ Manage and process supplier and customer invoices
✅ Monitor and replenish office supplies
✅ Assist with the preparation and production of customer quotations
✅ Material procurement
✅ Answer incoming telephone calls, providing excellent customer service
✅ Maintain accurate filing system and company records
✅ Support the wider team with general administrative tasks
✅ Helping maintain smooth and efficient office operations

✔ Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
✔ Organised and detail-oriented
✔ Friendly, professional, and confident on the telephone
✔ Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
✔ Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
✔ Reliable, proactive, and keen to learn
