Responsibilities

• Managing daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
• Assisting with accounts payable and receivable processes using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Maintaining accurate financial records and preparing basic reports.
• Organising appointments, meetings, and maintaining schedules.
• Handling phone enquiries with professional etiquette and directing calls appropriately.
• Utilising Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to prepare documents, spreadsheets, and emails.
• Supporting the team with general clerical duties to ensure smooth office operations.
• Ensuring all documentation complies with organisational policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Office experience or administrative experience is not essential. Full training will be given.
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with accounting software such as Xero is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks.
• Good phone etiquette and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
