**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a Mobile Sales representative to join our team, Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:00pm, The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints in the Dorset & Devon areas.
**Responsibilities:**
– Visit lapsed & potential customers
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
– Provide product and service information to customers
– Identify and escalate priority issues
– Upsell products and services when appropriate
– Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
– Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
**Skills required:**
– Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
– Strong data entry skills
– Proficient in analyzing information
– Ability to communicate effectively with customers
– Phone etiquette skills
