Responsibilities

• Welcome each client with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
• Manage bookings, enquiries, and client communications with precision
• Convert enquiries into bookings through excellent service and confident communication
• Support clients with treatment and product recommendations (training provided)
• Ensure smooth front-of-house operations, including payments and presentation
• Represent our brand with pride and professionalism, both in person and online

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in private healthcare, luxury aesthetics or luxury front of house role.
• Honest, reliable, and dedicated to grow and progress in her career
• Charismatic, polished, and naturally client-focused
• Flexible and proactive, able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing business
• Genuine passion for aesthetics, beauty, and wellness
• Degree-level education preferred

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
• Two Saturdays per month on a rota basis
