Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced logistics and operations operative to run logistics and operations for our award winning, premium gelato events company. This role will be full time for the summer (June-September) and will at a minimum continue on an add-hoc freelance basis after that.
We are an ambitions events company that gets lots of bookings for film sets, corporates, weddings, PR promotions and marketing.
We are now looking for someone experienced so support us as we move into higher end and larger brand activations and corporate events.
Duties
– Running warehouse operations
– Dropping off and picking up the carts throughout the city
– Driving our van
– Managing the warehouse, keeping it tidy and being in charge of supplies.
– managing logistics schedules for vans and carts
– Maintaining an efficient and tidy warehouse
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills
- Punctual
- Experienced in logistics and operations
- To be comfortable driving a van
- To be strong enough to load the van safely – it is essential that you feel comfortable with hard/ physical work.

Experience:
- Logistics or operations: 2 years (preferred)
