An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a highly successful independent Lettings agency in Camberwell.
You will be responsible for supporting the growth of the lettings business by registering applicants, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Junior Property Manager:
- Registering applicants and understanding their property requirements
- Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
- Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities and supporting valuations
- Maintaining regular contact with landlords and applicants
- Keeping CRM systems and records up to date
- Working towards agreed lettings targets and KPIs
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
- Previous experience in lettings or a customer-facing sales role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, proactive, and target-oriented approach
- Good organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Professional and presentable manner when dealing with clients
- Basic understanding of residential lettings advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
