Key Stage 3 Teacher – Bruche Academy job at Warrington Full Time

The role

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious and adaptable teacher to join our new secondary team as we become Warrington’s first all through school in September 2026.

This post is suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) as well as more experienced practitioners. We are open to applications for full or part time positions as well as secondments.

This is a rare opportunity to play a foundational role in shaping the culture, curriculum, and daily life of a growing secondary phase from the very beginning. Bruche is an extremely popular school with a strong reputation for excellence, and as we become an all-through school, we are committed to ensuring that the same high standards, expectations and outcomes continue into the Key Stage 3 and 4 phases.

Our first Year 7 classes start in September 2026 and our new Secondary Director is leading the final preparations. Construction of our new £13m school facilities are underway and will be fully open for September 2027.

This role will suit a teacher who enjoys variety, collaboration and innovation. In the first year, staff will teach across a range of subjects (within competence), reflecting the small size of the founding cohort.
