Job Title: Joiner
Locations: Flintshire
Rate: £200 per day

About Us
We are a multi-disciplined, chartered construction company delivering high-quality works across the residential sector. Our services include full property renovations, gas and heating systems, electrical installations, renewable energy solutions, including air source heat pumps and solar PV/battery storage, and general maintenance.
Following the award of a couple of major contracts, we are looking for experienced Joiners to join our team on a self-employed basis to support a large-scale programme of works within void properties.
Role includes:
- 1st and 2nd fix joinery
- Kitchen fitting
- Internal doors, frames and skirting
- Flooring and general finishing works
- Working alongside other trades to deliver full property refurbishments
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site safety
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in residential refurbishment / major works
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Full UK driving licence preferred
- Strong understanding of current H&S requirements on site
The role is offered on a self-employed basis.
Pay: £200.00 per day
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Deeside, Flintshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- Joinery: 4 years (preferred)
