Unico Hotel is seeking a friendly, professional, and flexible Hotel Receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is welcoming, attentive, and passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests.

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility to assist across different hotel departments when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and professionally.
• Answer telephone calls promptly, handling enquiries with excellent phone etiquette.
• Assist guests with requests, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and booking information.
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions securely.
• Work closely with all hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding guest satisfaction.
• Support other areas of the hotel when needed, including housekeeping coordination, breakfast service assistance, guest support, and general operational tasks.
• Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence management.
• Help maintain a welcoming, organised, and professional hotel environment at all times.

Skills & Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel reception is beneficial but not essential.
• Strong customer service and hospitality skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and willing to assist across multiple hotel departments.
• Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable.
• A positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail.

Pay: £25,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
