We are currently seeking experienced and proactive Health & Safety Supervisors to join our operational team. This role offers flexible shifts based on client and event requirements, providing the opportunity to work across a variety of dynamic environments.

What We’re Looking For

Essential Requirements:

• Valid Health & Safety qualification/certificate (NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent preferred)
• Strong understanding of event safety management and risk control procedures
• Experience working within events, security, crowd management, construction, or operational environments
• Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and situational awareness
• Basic computer and handheld device competency

Additional Requirements:

• Physically fit and able to work long operational shifts where required
• Ability to pass enhanced background checks
• Over 18 years of age
• Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential
• Right to work in the UK

Your Responsibilities:
As a Health & Safety Supervisor, your role may include:

• Conducting and monitoring dynamic risk assessments
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures on-site
• Monitoring crowd safety, emergency access routes, and operational hazards
• Liaising with event management, security teams, contractors, and emergency services
• Reporting incidents, hazards, and near misses accurately and professionally
• Supporting safe setup, live event operations, and de-rig activities
• Promoting a proactive safety culture across all staff and contractors
• Responding effectively to incidents and emergencies where required
