Head of HR job at East London Full Time NEW

Are you an experienced Head of HR looking for an opportunity to join a growing SME?

Hackney Location – 1 day WFH per week

Salary circa £85k + Benefits

Reporting into the General Manager and working as part of the Senior Leadership team, as Head of HR, you will develop and implement the People Strategy to support a growing SME. This will encompass all areas of HR including developing talent management, development, engagement, attraction and retention. The role will also review current policies and processes and look at where further improvements and amendments can be made.

Having worked as a Head of HR within a growing SME business, experience of working within e-commerce is highly advantageous.
