Full job description
We are one of the country’s leading fast track refurbishments and fit out contractors working within the licensed trade and hospitality industry. We are based in the North West and work on a national basis. Due to an expansion program, we are looking for:
Self-Employed Labourers & Multi Skilled Labourers – based in the Blackpool area
Responsibilities include carrying out all general labouring duties as required as well as setting up sites, aiding any members of the team, collecting materials, clearing sites and keeping them tidy and in a safe condition.
We are specifically looking for operatives who are experienced in the building industry and being able to multi skill.
The post will require you to carry out paving, concreting works, drainage works, pointing and minor brickwork repairs.
All applicants MUST have previous experience in the construction industry and must be physically fit.
Essential skills required:
Reliable, self-motivated, professional and well presented
Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Full & current driving licence essential
Schedule:
Monday to Friday-some weekend work available
Working at home:
Weekdays: £128.00 to £143.00 per day
Weekends: £141.00 to £158.00 per day
Working away:
Daily rate: £150.00 to £173.00 per day
