We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic General Assistant/Barista to join our dynamic team at Marvellous Greens and Beans, a vibrant farm shop/coffee shop known for its delicious, healthy offerings and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, teas, and other beverages to customers with a smile
- Assist with food prep, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the shop is clean and well-organized
- Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Support daily operations, including cash handling, order taking, and general assistance to team members
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role is desirable
- Passion for coffee and creating a great customer experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
