Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and professional manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area in accordance with food safety regulations
• Take orders accurately
• Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to at all times
• Restock supplies and assist with inventory management as needed
• Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer needs promptly and courteously
• Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service delivery

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
• Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
• Experience in serving or guest services roles demonstrates strong communication skills and customer focus
• Familiarity with kitchen operations, culinary practices, or food presentation is beneficial
• Ability to manage time effectively during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately and efficiently
