About the Role

This is a blended Front of House and Kitchen role at our brand-new bakery, located close to Bond Street station, meaning you’ll be with us from the very first day we open our doors in July 2026. You’ll start in our customer service space and as your confidence grows, we’ll teach you to hand-make our legendary crumbles from scratch. There’s something special about being part of a founding team – you won’t just work here, you’ll help build what this place becomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hospitality – creating a warm, positive and spotlessly clean environment in the shop
• Build genuine rapport with regular customers and give every visitor a reason to return
• Opening and closing of the shop, maintaining impeccable standards throughout
• Help create a vibrant, sociable and exciting place to work for the whole team
• Learn and uphold our baking standards as you progress into the kitchen
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times – as a working bakery, hygiene and deep cleaning are a core part of every shift, not an afterthought. You’ll take pride in your workspace and understand that a spotless kitchen is just as important as the crumbles that come out of it.

Experience & Skills

We’re looking for candidates with some or all of the following:

• Experience in a customer-facing hospitality or retail role (essential)
• Experience in a bakery, café or commercial kitchen (desirable)
• A passion for baking, patisserie or the food industry
• A desire to build a long-term career in hospitality
