Finance Assistant job at Lichfield Full Time

We are looking for a Finance Assistant, to provide effective financial administration support within the school overseeing day-to-day financial operations including purchasing, invoicing, income collection, bank reconciliation and record maintenance.

Hours: 19.5 hours per week, Term Time only plus 3 weeks and 5 inset days (working 42 weeks) – Mon – Thurs 10am – 2pm and Fri 10am – 1.30pm

Duties will include:

• Ordering, processing and payment of all goods and services
• Preparation of invoices
• Deal with basic payment and accounting queries
• Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems
• Complete monthly finance routine checklist

Grade 5 SCP 16-20 £25,989 – £27,254 FTE – Pay Awards Pending

Actual Salary: £12,857 – £13,483
