We’re looking for a proactive, organised and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the day-to-day financial operations of the business — from processing and reconciliations to accounts payable, receivable and payments — helping ensure our finance function runs smoothly across teams and territories.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys getting stuck in, taking ownership and proactively improving the way things work. This role offers the opportunity to build broad operational finance experience in a scaling international business and grow responsibility over time.
The Role
The Finance Assistant plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of Bikmo’s finance operations. Reporting into the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial administration across accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, payment processing and core finance support activities.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who enjoys structure and organisation, but who is also motivated to improve processes, solve problems proactively and take ownership of their work. You’ll work across teams and territories, helping maintain strong financial controls while supporting operational efficiency as the business grows.
