Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our team in our Head Office on Deeside CH5. In this role, you will support financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounting processes. Your contribution will help uphold our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day financial transactions and data entry.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Reconcile invoices and expenses to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized financial records in compliance with company policies.
- Payroll
- Collaborate with team members to improve financial procedures.
- Assist in budget tracking and forecasting activities.
- Support audit preparations by providing necessary documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial workflows.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Finance Assistant or similar role.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with financial software (e.g.,SAGE, and/or Xero) is a requirement.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with Synergist Software would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

Pay: £24,420.00-£30,000.00 per year
