EXECUTIVE PERSONAL ASSISTANT / OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

Lawrence Rand Estate Agents & Associated Businesses are looking for an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant / Operations Coordinator to work directly alongside the founder across multiple businesses, projects, suppliers, events, and operations.
This is not a standard PA role.
This is an opportunity to become a trusted right hand within a fast-moving and ambitious business environment where no two days are the same.
We are looking for someone highly organised, proactive, detail-focused, and capable of helping turn ideas into completed projects quickly and efficiently.
The successful candidate must understand how to support someone with ADHD and dyslexia — helping bring structure, organisation, accountability, and follow-through to a very fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
Experience as an Executive Assistant, PA, Operations Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar role would be highly beneficial, although attitude and organisational ability are more important than industry background.
