The Opportunity
Join a leading investment manager undergoing major transformation. You will own delivery across Agile squads, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, to quality, and aligned to business value.
This is a hands-on role focused on execution, stakeholder alignment, and driving delivery excellence across technology and business change programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile delivery across cross-functional squads (Scrum / Agile)
- Own planning, prioritisation, dependencies, and roadmaps
- Track and manage risks, issues, and escalations
- Ensure delivery meets agreed quality and acceptance criteria
- Align stakeholders across business, product, and engineering
- Remove blockers and enable high-performing teams
- Drive reporting, transparency, and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ delivery experience in tech, digital, or transformation roles
- Strong Agile / Scrum delivery background
- Experience managing plans, risks, dependencies, and stakeholders
- Track record of delivering outcomes on time and within constraints
- Experience with Jira and Agile governance (desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
