A friendly and inclusive primary school in Bexley is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed KS1 Teacher to join our dedicated team from September 2026 on a full time basis.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner who is committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences and helping pupils develop strong foundations in a supportive and engaging environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1
- Create a positive, nurturing, and well-managed classroom environment
- Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development
- Plan and deliver creative learning experiences that inspire curiosity
- Maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
- Contribute to the wider life of the school community
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Key Stage 1 (ECTs are welcome to apply)
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Is enthusiastic, reflective, and committed to high standards
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Is dedicated to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
