JOB PURPOSE:
As Data Management Administrator reporting to the Data Management Team leader, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating the Vantage Central Register and HUB with OPITO approved training for the workforce.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Your responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Assisting with review of merges for potential matches found by the API feed via the HUB
Admin tasks of reviewing and ignoring potential similar records within the Merge Section
Reviewing & Managing continuous high volume of Vantage Corrections
Updating HUB/Vantage with centres adjustments ie Dates of birth, name changes
Correcting the HUB/Vantage centres csv upload errors
Supporting Data Management Team as required with AOB
Any other duties commensurate with the level of responsibility of this role.
Health & Safety / Quality Assurance

Managing and maintaining controlled documents relating to Industry Standards
Ensuring all Standards related processes and procedures are complied with at all times
Contributing to the annual review of Standards ISO related processes and procedures
