Data Entry Specialist
Pay: £16-£18 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: 35 hours per week (9:00am – 5:00pm, 1-hour lunch)
Working Pattern: Office based 5 days a week. Applicants MUST be able to work in the office 5 days a week/ full time
Duration: Initially for 3-6 months with the potential for a longer contract depending on business demand
About the Role
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our clients team based in London. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of complex product data.
This is not just a data entry role – it requires someone who can think critically, identify inconsistencies, and take ownership of their workload with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input and maintain regulatory data
- Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Identify inconsistencies or gaps and implement improvements
- Track and update the status of regulatory submissions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve data quality
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive information
About You
You will thrive in this role if you have:
- Exceptional attention to detail with a zero-error mindset
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to validate data, not just input it
- A proactive, self-starter attitude – able to manage your own workload confidently
- Advanced Excel skills (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)
- A strong understanding of data confidentiality and compliance
- The ability to spot discrepancies across large, complex datasets
Interview Process
- Initial Microsoft Teams interview to assess suitability and technical ability
- Follow-up face-to-face interview to ensure team fit and compatibility
