Requirements

• Availability to work a late-night schedule consisting of four shifts per week, starting late evening and finishing in the early morning
• A friendly and open manner when interacting with guests in a high-energy environment
• Previous experience in late-night hospitality or security experience is preferred but not essential
• First aid training to provide assistance and care whenever it is preferred, but can be provided
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with Management, the venue team and guests alike
• A proactive approach to identifying guests who may need extra support or guidance
• Ability to use digital platforms for logging positive interventions and venue reporting

Duties

• Monitor the venue to ensure all guests are having a safe and comfortable experience
• Offer a welcoming presence and assistance to anyone appearing distressed or overwhelmed
• Manage welfare equipment including the radio, site phone, and first aid supplies
• Support guests with practical needs such as hydration or arranging safe transport home
• Assist the management team during the dispersal period to ensure a smooth exit for all

Pay: £20.00 per hour
